Tepeyac Televisión Service: Documentando los Indocumentados 14 de Octubre, 7:00pm. 16 Beaver Street, 5 piso.
Tepeyac Television Service es una serie de documentales para televisión realizado por inmigrantes latinos que atienden un taller de video después de sus largas jornadas de trabajo. Los talleres y producciones son coordinados por experimentados videoastas que enseñan cómo la expresión y exploración personal funcionan como una herramienta y una plataforma.
Algunas de estas producciones están siendo transmitidas por el Canal 67 de MNN cada segundo domingo entre septiembre y diciembre del 2002. También se pueden ver por la red en: http://www.mnn.org/ (para un calendario de los programas vaya a la nota de prensa que se incluye en esta invitación)

As part of 16 Beaver's Monday Night Series we invite you to a presentation and conversation with the crew of
Tepeyac Television Service: Documenting the Undocumented Monday, October 14., 7:00pm at 16 Beaver St., 5 floor.
Tepeyac Television Service is a television documentary series produced by Hispanic immigrants that attend a video production workshop after working long hours at their jobs. The workshops and productions are coordinated by experienced filmmakers that teach how digital video can work as a platform and tool of personal expression.
Some of these productions are being broadcast on MNN's Channel 67, every
second Sunday, between September and December 2002. The programs can also be seen through the web at: http://www.mnn.org/

Tepeyac Television Service Documentando los Indocumentados
Somos quienes etregamos tus paquetes, los que cocinamos tu comida, los que limpiamos tu casa, los que construimos tus edificios y reparamos tus maquinas. Pero sabes quienes somos en verdad? Tepeyac Television Service es una serie de documentales para televisión realizado por inmigrantes latinos que atienden un taller de video después de sus largas jornadas de trabajo. Los talleres y producciones son coordinados por experimentados videoastas que enseñan cómo la expresión y exploración personal funcionan como una herramienta y una plataforma. Consideramos importante compartir con el resto de los residentes de New York los elementos que diversifican a estas culturas. Estos documentales acerca de la vida diaria, la lucha, los retos y los sueños toman la vida cotidiana de latinos inmigrantes como un reflejo del resto de la poblacion inmigrante en este país. Tepeyac Television Service surge principalmente como una parte de Asociación Tepeyac de New York y su misión de promover los derechos humanos de inmigrantes latinos y su desarrollo en la comunidad de New York. Este programa también es patrocinado por la televisión de acceso público de Manhattan, MNN.
Ahora nuestra serie de documentales tienen un espacio al aire y están invitados a verlos.

Tepeyac Television Service Documenting the undocumented
They deliver your food, they cook your meals, they clean your house, they build your homes and repair your machines. But do you know who they really are? Tepeyac Television Service is a television documentary series produced by Hispanic immigrants that attend a video production workshop after working long hours at their jobs. The workshops and productions are coordinated by experienced filmmakers that teach how digital video can work as a platform and tool of personal expression. We consider it important to share with the rest of New York residents the elements that
diversify Hispanic cultures. These documentaries about the daily life, struggles, challenges and dreams of some Hispanic immigrants reflect the rest of the immigrant population in this country. Tepeyac Television Service emerges primarily as part of Asociación Tepeyac de New York. Its mission is to promote social welfare and human rights of Latino immigrants and include them in New York City's community. The program is also sponsored by MNN public access television.
Now our documentary series has a time slot and you are invited to watch.
