Reverend Billy -- Protest on Evening News

Click "Protest Preparation" -- here's the link:

We don't know how long they keep the thing posted -- it aired last
night.

Note from the Rev:

It's a good feeling to see "The Church of the United States
Constitution" on a network.
These Gandhian techniques -- with lots of patience -- eventually do
work.

But commercial media is commercial media. CBS is owned by one of the
worlds
weapons-makers, Westinghouse. When we watched it we realized, of
course, they
never say that WE ARE IN GROUND ZERO.

So a million people saw us reciting these freedoms inside what looks
like a bright,
white mall, which is what Ground Zero (and all sacred places) is
becoming -- a supermall.

Tuesday, join us at the Ground Zero Shopping Plaza, the northeast
corner of the GZ,
down in the WTC Path Station, at 6:30 PM, reciting for 30 minutes the
following words.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech,
or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and
to
petition the government for a redress of grievances.
